Quote information
The quote form collects your name, phone number, email, property address, selected service, optional message, page context and request time. These details are used to record the enquiry and support a project conversation. Include project information rather than sensitive personal records.
Saved requests and direct email
A submitted request is stored in the website’s hosted database and receives a reference. When a verified transactional email connection is configured, the website also sends an enquiry notification to Petta’s published inbox through that provider. If a notification is unavailable, the confirmation offers a prepared email that you may send through your own email application. Opening a prepared email does not send it automatically. Calls and direct emails use the contact channels shown on the site.
Operational information
The quote endpoint uses a temporary, hashed network identifier for rate limiting. It does not save the raw IP address in the quote record. Hosting infrastructure may process standard operational information to deliver and protect the website. The website emits page-level events for phone-link clicks, email-link clicks, quote starts and saved requests. These events include the page path and action, not form details, and do not transmit to an external analytics service unless one is separately connected. This build adds no advertising pixels.
How information is used
Enquiry details support assessment of the requested service, arranging a consultation and responding about the project. A quote request is not a subscription to unrelated marketing. Relevant website administration and service providers may process the record as needed to operate the enquiry system.
Your questions and requests
To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, contact info@pettaconstruction.com or call (289) 965-8512. Include your request reference if available so the relevant record can be identified.
External resources
The website links to municipal guidance, published project sources and review services. Those websites operate their own services and privacy terms. Email applications and phone providers also process the communications you initiate through them.
