Connect the exterior and interior decisions
Petta’s new-home album includes exterior elevations, garage and entrance details, stairs, living space, kitchen, laundry and ensuite photographs. Viewing the rooms together is useful when discussing how a new house should function as one home.
The public archive does not identify the municipality of this project. These photographs are therefore presented as a Petta project reference without assigning them to Hamilton, Ancaster or another city that the source has not confirmed.
Begin a new-home brief with the site
A custom home needs more than a room wish list. Identify the site, proposed size and intended layout, then review services, access, drawings and the applicable approval path with the responsible professionals.
The exterior pictures can communicate a desired form, but they do not establish what will be feasible on your lot. Set the site constraints and responsible parties before relying on a floor plan or finish budget.
Make specifications and builder responsibilities clear
Kitchen storage, stairs, bathroom fixtures and laundry arrangements all require decisions that can affect orders and construction. Develop a selection schedule alongside the project plan so important choices do not arrive after they are needed.
Before entering a new-home agreement, verify the responsible builder’s current Ontario licensing and the applicable warranty arrangement through official resources. This gallery does not certify a registration or warranty status. The agreement should state exactly who provides each part of the project.
