Published cost ranges are broad CAD market planning allowances, not Petta Construction’s published rates or an offer. Inclusions, exclusions, fees and applicable taxes must be confirmed in the actual quote. Unusual conditions and premium specifications can fall outside the displayed ranges.
Travel and specialty scope
Service-area coverage identifies communities from which enquiries can be reviewed. Larger projects farther from Stoney Creek, specialty work, licensing and professional responsibilities require confirmation for the actual job. Location pages do not represent separate branch offices.

They demonstrate visible work and provide discussion references; they do not establish a price, duration or identical result for another property.
